minutes is all a prayer takes
Nobody decides to skip Fajr. It just… happens.
I'll pray right after this video.
Forty minutes later the adhan notification is buried under twelve others, and the window is closing.
I'll wake up for Fajr tomorrow, for real this time.
You meant it. But the 1 a.m. scroll made sure the alarm lost the fight.
I know I should be better. I just don't know where to start.
Guilt doesn't build habits. A system does — one that works with your phone instead of against it.
A notification is a suggestion. A locked app is a decision you already made.
Salah blocking
Decide once, when your iman is high. HayatTime holds the line when it isn't.
Built on Apple's Screen Time framework. Everything runs on-device — we never see your data.
Choose your weaknesses
Pick the apps that steal your prayers — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, games. You choose, once.
The adhan comes in. Your apps go dark.
At each prayer time your chosen apps lock automatically, for a window you control. No willpower required.
Pray. Unlock. Grow.
Mark your prayer, your apps come back, and a plant grows in your garden. Your streak becomes something you can see.
Everything in one app
One home for your whole deen.
The adhan sounds. Your apps go dark.
Salah blocking locks your chosen apps at all five prayer times — for a window you control. The scroll ends. The prayer happens.
Prayer Garden
Every prayer waters a plant. Miss a day, watch it wilt. Your streak, alive.
Screen Time, honestly
Native iOS reports show where your hours go — and how fast they drop.
DeenGPT
The questions you're too shy to ask, answered at 2 a.m. — with the adab to say “ask a scholar” when it matters.

Questions
Asked before you had to ask.
Can you see which apps I use or when I pray?
No. Salah blocking runs on Apple's Screen Time framework entirely on your iPhone. Your app choices, usage and prayer log never leave your device — we couldn't read them even if we wanted to.
Can't I just bypass the block?
You set the rules — which apps, and how long. The point isn't a prison; it's breaking the autopilot. That ten-second pause where TikTok won't open is usually all it takes to remember who you wanted to be.
Is it actually free?
HayatTime is free to try — every feature unlocks for 7 days. After the trial it becomes a paid subscription at the price shown in-app, billed via your Apple ID. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Are the prayer times accurate for my city?
Yes — set your location once and times are calculated with standard methods used worldwide, with notifications that respect your settings. The app works fully in English, Arabic, French, Indonesian and Malay.
إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ تَنْهَىٰ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ
“Indeed, prayer restrains from immorality and wrongdoing.”
Qur'an 29:45
The next adhan is coming.
Be ready this time.
